Description:
We start from the Sanatorium of “Mana" and following the Menalon trail route through a fir forest we reach the picturesque village of Valtesiniko. Stop in the village square for snacks and on occasion we are supplied with fresh water. Through an uphill route with incredible views of the top of the village we enter the forest again following the signs of the Menalon trail. At some point the landscape changes and from a well-formed stone path emerges the incredible view of the village of Lagkadia and the whole gorge as far as our eye can see. After a downhill route passing through streams and old watermills at the beginning of the village we end up in the village square.
